Just got back to the big ol' city, a few days ago.
Tragic as it seems (to leave the wilderness :(..). I am back in the office and back on the dream bus. Honey Roze is; a passionate dream of mine that has barely launched.
Very exciting, yet viciously frightening I must say. Having a dream so close to your heart, and then choosing to act on it..WHOA. (::tension::). You could say that "dreams" have been on my mind lately, and I have been giving much thought too them. From being an avid dreamer (every single night!) to trying to keep up with the high aspirations of an ever expanding heart. :D. This morning I was prompted to read an astrology update from a dear friend, I am now aware that the new moon will be in Leo. Oddly enough Jupiter will also be in this bodacious creative sign. Apparently this means it is an important time for "EXPANSION", working on; and creating NEW projects. Are you ready? Ready for your dreams to be expanded in ways you have NEVER experienced? Ahhh...yes a swell contemplation. And completing compelling to ponder, hmm...What is,... the heart yearning for? What have you noticed that you are really good at, if your honest about it? And that also makes you feel the most "you"? The most uplifted and gives you a great feeling of purpose? Plant medicine, alchemy (thoughts,feelings emotions,energy), PEACE. MUSIC.YOGA. Feels so good to type it out loud. Go on, give it a try..:)
Contagiously inspired by the constant movement of innovation; in this lost city of dreams, erupted the strong desire to create fierce & intricate formulas; for the body and mind. Inevitably, yet (prematurely ) the seed has sprouted. In reflection, I have come along way, from my humble beginnings with plants; (growing marijuana in the forbidden hills of Northern California) to working on organic food farms along side veteran herbalist.
Eventually I took an herbal medicine course at Ann Arbor's Naturopathic School that would change everything. This program transformed what I "knew" into real practical skills, and as a result, with great encouragement, I started making my own herbal products. (POOF!!) I was propelled into a world of floral bliss, immensely enchanted by the beauty and intelligence of the natural world. FOREVER I AM IN GRATITUDE AND DEVOTION. I believe with passion and devotion, our dreams will flourish. Confidence and perseverance being key. Stepping up and into our role as our unique selves. No one can do you. (Whew.) At the end of the day I simply feel indebted to this land, to humanity , using plants that are all around us! To heal, to feed, to breathe in. In service to the heart, may it speak and be heard.
